On your device
Your menu, forecasts, reconcile history, catalog overrides, and settings live in your browser’s IndexedDB until you clear the browser’s site data or uninstall the app. We have no access to this copy and no way to delete it remotely.
Cloud backup, if signed in
- Backed-up records are retained for as long as your account exists, so they remain available if you return after cancelling backup or losing a device.
- Your Supabase account identifier and email are retained after you sign in to keep your backup matched to you.
- Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and subscription status are retained as needed to administer your subscription and meet standard accounting and legal record-keeping requirements. We never hold full card details.
- Cancelling the $4.99/month subscription stops new backups but does not delete data already stored.
Requesting deletion
Email support@cheflifemedia.com from the address on your account and ask to have your cloud data deleted. We will remove your backed-up records and account identity from our database. This does not affect data already on your own device.
